Wapiti Pit - 2025 Schedule

Thanks to the generous support of the Osoyoos Indian Band, the FireSmart Committee will continue to operate Wapiti Pit as a free service to Anarchist Mountain residents. 

We had hoped to open on April 26/27 but needed to delay a few weeks for safe access, to allow time for the ground to cool after the last burn and clean up debris. 

Wapiti Pit will open the weekend of May 10/11. Please see the schedule below for the dates and times the pit will be open.
